## Terms and Conditions for YourPriceCab
Effective Date: July 30, 2026
Welcome to YourPriceCab. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YourPriceCab website, mobile application, and related ride-booking services (collectively, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
------------------------------
## 1. The Service Model (Name Your Price)
* Bidding Platform: YourPriceCab provides an online platform connecting passengers ("Riders") with independent transportation providers ("Drivers").
* User-Proposed Fares: Riders propose a desired fare ("Your Price") for a specific route. Drivers may accept, reject, or counter-offer this price.
* No Guarantee: Submission of a price does not guarantee a ride completion. A binding contract is only formed when a Driver accepts the Rider’s final offer and the Rider confirms.
## 2. User Accounts and Eligibility
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and request rides independently.
* Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
* Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
## 3. Pricing, Payments, and Fees
* Finality of Agreed Price: Once a fare is mutually agreed upon by the Rider and Driver through the platform, it cannot be renegotiated during or after the trip, except in cases of significant route changes requested by the Rider.
* Payment Authorization: Riders must link a valid payment method (credit card, digital wallet, etc.) to their account. A temporary authorization hold may be placed upon booking.
* Taxes and Tolls: Unless stated otherwise, the agreed-upon price includes basic fare estimation but may exclude applicable road tolls, airport surcharges, or local taxes, which will be added to the final receipt.
* Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations made by the Rider after a Driver has accepted and traveled toward the pickup point may incur a standard cancellation fee.
* Frequent cancellations by either Riders or Drivers may lead to account suspension.
## 4. Code of Conduct
* Mutual Respect: Both Riders and Drivers must treat each other with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Safe behavior is mandatory.
* Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, illegal substances, and open alcohol containers are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
* Damage to Property: Riders are financially responsible for any damage or necessary deep cleaning required for the Driver's vehicle resulting from their ride.
## 5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
* Independent Contractors: Drivers are independent third-party service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of YourPriceCab.
* Service "As-Is": YourPriceCab operates as a marketplace. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or ability of the independent Drivers.
* Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YourPriceCab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
## 6. Modifications to Terms
* YourPriceCab reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your consent to the revised Terms.
